About TIIM Healthcare

Founded by clinicians and scientists to make chest pain triage objective

TIIM Healthcare is a medical technology company based in Singapore. Our co-founders spent years studying heart rate variability in emergency department chest pain patients. aiTriage™ is that research turned into a cleared medical device, built to the standards a hospital expects.

Mission

Give every clinician an objective basis for the triage decision

We build tools that put evidence behind the decision to admit, work up or discharge a patient with chest pain. The aim is better outcomes for patients, better use of hospital resources, and more confident decisions for the physicians and nurses who make them.

Values

How we work

  • Innovation

We take on hard problems in triage and are willing to try new approaches, from novel heart rate variability methods to machine learning models built for the emergency department.

  • Integrity

Every claim about aiTriage is backed by clinical evidence, and the product is built under a certified quality management system. Precision and transparency are not optional in a medical device.

  • Empowerment

We respect the skill of clinicians. Our tools complement their judgement with objective data, so decisions can be faster and more confident without taking the decision away from them.

  • Collaboration

We work with hospitals, academic institutions and industry partners to develop, validate and deploy aiTriage. Progress in triage is a collective effort, and we build it that way.

Team

Led by clinicians and innovators

Our clinician co-founders have first-hand experience of the pressures of emergency triage. The team brings together emergency medicine, data science, clinical trials and commercial experience.
